How we do it?

What are folder and conference bags?
Events, conferences and large meetings are usually accompanied by a conference bag, also known as an event bag. Commonly a tote bag with shoulder strap is customised with print and given to the visitor to the conference as they register and enter the venue. It usually contains sponsor information, map of the event, timetable and can be used to collect information or samples from the various company stands at the event. Other shapes of conference bag can include a handheld document wallet or messenger style bag. Customised folders are used for holding notepads, presentations and tablets. Usually a closure such as a zip or strap with popper to keep the contents contained and prevent them from slipping out during transit.
